Trainers in Bridle Path

We are having a problem with non-resident trainers using our arenas and giving lessons to non-resident students. Bridle Path is private property and our facilities are not open to any non-residents unless they are accompanied by a homeowner. All trainers conducting lessons on Bridle Path property with paying students must give the Board a certificate of insurance naming BP as an additional insured. To inquire about obtaining the proper insurance, please contact Linda Pierce at linda@bp-hoa.org.
